Durum wheat semolina Fusilli pasta - 500 g

Completely artisan manufactured by La Pasta di Maria Teresa, these 100% handmade Fusilli feature a high protein content and are produced using with the finest straw yellow colour semolina without bran traces as well as a particularly firm and elastic gluten. All of this is possible due to a 20 year long collaboration with a trusted mill, which guarantees superb quality ingredients and special semolina blends, specifically created for La Pasta di Maria Teresa's unique products. The durum wheat semolina dough is wire brass drawn and left to dry at a constant, low temperature for 72 hours. This process gives this pasta the ideal level of roughness, so that any condiment will adapt to its surface perfectly. This pasta variety can be served with any type of meat, fish or vegetable-based sauces. Cooking and preparing instructions: put Fusilli in boiling, salted water and let them cook for 8-9 minutes. Strain and season with your condiment of choice. This product contains gluten. Weight: 500 g.
