Gilt sardine fillets in extra virgin olive oil - 200g

Gilt sardine fillets in extra virgin olive oil. Similar to anchovies but larger, more fleshy and with a slightly different taste, gilt sardines are fished in the sea around the island of Lampedusa and processed within few hours to retain their freshness. 

Details: This fish belongs to the oily fish family and is therefore rich in omega 3, omega 6 and proteins.

Serving suggestions: Excellent on toasted bread with tomatoes (bruschetta) or as condiment for main dishes and salads. 

Weight: 200g.

Ingredients: 75% gilt sardines (sardinella aurita) 75%, 22% extra virgin olive oil, 3% salt.

Storing instructions and shelf life: Once opened, top with a thin layer of oil and store the product in the fridge at +4°C.
